Versatile flash slideshow to show 5 items
You can configure all data you need to show on this slide. There are 2 files and 1 folder to set this slideshow correctly, slideshow.swf, data.txt and images folder. The SWF file is the core of this slide and the TXT file provide the configuration to show info, you can customize the title, text, read more link, and images to show on the slide by correctly editing the TXT file, is important to keep the path of data.txt file and slideshow.swf file on the same.
Installation:
You should edit properly this config info for each image and description that will be displayed.
On folder images, you should copy the images you need to display, is advisable to keep images name by numbering it, img1.jpg…..img5.jpg, just like the way on the files you have download, the best resolution to show images here are 390x230 px, note you can set bigger images or small ones, but doing so, the objective of image may be lost.
You can set title, text, links, and the name of read more link from the TXT file, if you edit this, you can see the first config variable is show_links
&show_links=true&
as you can see is set to “true”, by setting this to “false” or just leave it in blank the button that says “More Details1 »” will be hide, it is important to keep the code as you see it otherwise the info will be misunderstand by the slide and will not show what you want .
Customize the images:
&img1=images/img1.jpg&
The image path can be relative to same folder like this, but you can set images like “http://domain.com/images/img1.jpg”
Customize the title:
&title1=Header text here, 1&
Title: 4 to 7 words best.
Customize text:
&text1=1_Praesent arcu augue, fringilla id, sagittis in, tempus sed, felis. Cras interdum magna a orci. In hac habitasse platea dictumst. Note that must use HTML tag to specify the link, this is important cause define the link where you need to go, if you are not a webmaster or are not familiarize whit HTML code please ASK, any wrong code write here will be disaster on the slide. Also you can see the name that will be display “More Details1 »” you can set here a custom one, “Read More”, “View Details”, etc…
In a non friendly URL like: http://domain.com/index.php?var1=xx&var2=xx&var3=xx
You must replace all “&” by “-” on the TXT file, and also in any case that appear the symbol “&” it must be replaced by “-“, the slide will read this and transform all code correctly to show or make links functional
Correct way is: http://domain.com/index.php?var1=xx-var2=xx-var3=xx

TIP. First make click on any part of slide, now you can navigate all the way through on slideshow using the Key Right and Key Left of your Key board and by pressing the Space you order a pause state on the slide.
TIP. If you want, you can put a link on title or text, just adding HTML "a" tag and specifying the correct URL.
TIP. The rounded corners on image are setting by slide core, so you don’t need to edit images whit this rounded corners
